THE BODY

The Go-Right Lifestyle System is designed to reconnect the body to its natural stasis to create hormone communication and enhance the recuperation and repair. Focus is the Body, testing, proper diet, supplementation. Key is to understand how your body operates and its current condition.

THE MIND

In this Transition Phase the individual’s diet may change to match their progression. The Refeed meal is added along with exercise. As the lifestyle changes take place in the diet and exercise now begins the process of self-authoring the Cage Mind. It is this process that changes the mind, state of being, and this enhances health as the Body supports the Mind.

THE LIFE EXPERIENCE

In this final transition of the reset the individual transitions into the Five Go-Right Lifestyle Practices. They now follow the diet and exercise prescribed by their physiology. They consume the proper supplements to support their physiology. They are now working with the proper medical professional if needed.

THE 90-DAY RESET PROGRAM

Each Stress Responder has characteristics of function, and when imbalanced, they are stuck in the Alarm System. The reset programs simply reconnect communication so the body can get into the Recuperation System. This is a 90- day process with a Reset, Transition, Lifestyle Phase. Then the individual must transition into the lifestyle practices. The 90-Day Reset is designed to transform Body, Mind, and Life Experience.

The management of the stress response can only be done and maintained through a proper lifestyle of diet, exercise, right-thinking. The Stress Responder type identifies how the individual's physiology operates within the guidelines of the stress response
