The Go-Right Lifestyle System is designed to reconnect the body to its natural stasis to create hormone communication and enhance the recuperation and repair. Focus is the Body, testing, proper diet, supplementation. Key is to understand how your body operates and its current condition. 

MIND

In this Transition Phase the individual’s diet may change to match their progression. The Refeed meal is added along with exercise. As the lifestyle changes take place in the diet and exercise now begins the process of self-authoring the Cage Mind. It is this process that changes the mind, state of being, and this enhances health as the Body supports the Mind. Keys in this phase is discovering Purpose Archetype, beginning the practices of

Stress Mastery. 

LIFE EXPERIENCE

In this final transition of the reset the individual transitions into the Five Go-Right Lifestyle Practices. They now follow the diet and exercise prescribed by their physiology. They consume the proper supplements to support their physiology. They are now working with the proper medical professional if needed.  The next step is to then go through the lesson of the Higher Goal Setting Process.

WHAT IS SHIFT COACHING

STAGE ONE

The purpose of Stage One is setting the child with an identity and belief systems that will drive behavior in support of the tribe and its belief systems. At age 7 years, the child now has an identity (Ego), which is built upon a base of the Four WANTs.

STAGE TWO

Stage Two Imperial Mind is where they now have an Ego, Comfort Zone, and Guilt Program. The Ego is the child’s Identity they carry in the Cage Mind. Even though they are now carrying these programs, they are not yet set in their programming. 

STAGE THREE

Stage Three of Development Socialized Mind, the belief systems are set in all Five Life Categories, Career, Finance, Health, Relationships, Personal/Spiritual Development. The human being is hardwired for behavior, and this behavior is dictated by what is held in mind.

STAGE FOUR

tage Four of Human Development is the Self-Authoring Mind. This is the personal development stage for the human being. The first process into moving from Stage Three into Stage Four is Awareness. We begin to question the belief systems and programs we carry.

STAGE FIVE

Stage Five is that the Ego no longer dominates the consciousness. In Stage Five, the individual’s shift in consciousness is Being-Doing. The Ego is still there, but can no longer take conscious mind control, thus the individual cannot be stressed out. We do not stop stress in Stage Five, we simply activate Conflict-Resolution, and the stress does not become a problem.

STAGE SIX

Stage Six Intellectual Enlightenment, the Fear Energy is released. Releasing Fear releases the comfort zone, which releases the Ego, which releases the WANTs and attachment. As the Ego is released, the intellect no longer rules life and the individual lives in Being. They are no longer living in worry of tomorrow or regret of the past. They exist in the eternal Now living in the present moment.

Cage 

rattler

The Cage Rattler has issues handling stress, and when this happens, they will be driven to eating sweets and carbohydrates. The Cage Rattler may identify possible underlying disease, like autoimmune issues, thyroid disorders, issues with sugar metabolism, causing the body even greater stress. The Cage Rattler will have adrenal issues, triggering the body to pump-up cortisol production and causing an imbalance in other hormones.

Dysfunction of the Cage Rattler: The body becomes completely stressed out

The Stress Belly may be thin with a big belly as they will distribute their excess weight around the middle. Again, this is not always the case. Many times, the Stress Belly will have issues with cholesterol, and this may be linked to genetic causes including LP-a and APO-e 4 gene. If they carry the later, the diet is explicit to control genetic expression.

Dysfunction of the Stress Belly: The liver function and the ability to process fats.

The Hormone Trap will have sugar issues resulting from insulin resistance, they may have PCOS, Type-2 diabetes, and may have weight issues ranging into severe obesity. The Hormone Traps body has issues with using fat as fuel, and this can cause several hormone imbalances, yet the stress response and adrenals are fine. They may feel tired all the time, and sleep can be a battle ground since the body is not repairing properly.
